When you call to schedule your initial consultation with us, please have your insurance information handy so that we may gather some pertinent information to aid us in verifying your benefits. Knowing your insurance information prior to your initial exam appointment will will allow us give you an estimate of your costs more quickly and save your time at your appointment.
The day of your appointment please bring your insurance card and any necessary paperwork to expedite the processing and reimbursement of your orthodontic benefits. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If insurance stops paying for any reason, you will be responsible for any amount they do not pay.
